Don’t be too hard on yourself and try to avoid self-criticism. You deserve to be treated respectfully and with kindness, so start by valuing yourself and accept the person you are.

 

Explore What Makes You Happy:

Always try to do new things and break out from boring routines. Try voluntary work, planting flowers, traveling somewhere new, and always explore what activities bring relaxation and comfort to your mental and emotional sides.

 

Ask for Help:

Never be afraid or embarrassed to ask for help when you need it. If one way did not work, never cease to search for other ways. We are not super creatures, and we need each other in this world. Whether it’s a family member, a partner, a friend, or an expert, make sure to make your voice heard when you’re feeling down.
